@shaibomb armpit to armpit approximately 14 inches, waist approximately 13.5 inches across, length from top neck to bottom hem approx 32 inches (does not include the neck tie straps)hip area approx 17 inches across. Material does not have a lot of stretch to it.

@jacklynnd517 Guess it depends on your band size. Fabric of this dress does not have a lot of stretch. My daughter when she used to this was about a 28FF band size.
