Vintage Heller Salzburger Trachten Netherlands Dutch Woman’s National Costume Dress Jumper Size 44. Blouse with puffed sleeves and dress with side zipper. Blouse has stains, is missing a button and the elastics on the sleeves are starting to relax. Dress is black with embroidery, measures approximately 44” from shoulder to hem, and is in good condition except for some aged yellow staining on the inside of the dress (can’t be seen when worn). Flat lay measurement for armpit to armpit is approximately 19".
