Oi! I'm Cibelle and I'm a Brazilian living in Phoenix-AZ. glewellen Cibelle...received the Lands End shoes I ordered, however they were listed as a 8.5 but were actually a 9.5. They are way too big. Do you have them in an 8.5?

cibellescloset @glewellen hi there, I unfortunately don’t have it. I only had that pair. I’m a size 8,5 and that shoe fits me, I used to wear them. In the pictures I provided the model is myself wearing it.

glewellen I hate that because I love the look of the shoe, but I even tried putting insoles in them but they slip right off. I checked them and the 9.5 is printed inside the shoe. I will go through proper channels to request a return label. Thanks and I look forward to shopping with you again in the future!
