Such a beautiful statement piece! This "oversized headband" is made by Canadian brand Hello Darling. Specially: in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Please in mind that because it is handmade, it's not perfect. Condition: Very good Flaw: some discoloration at the interior and outer bottoms. Also, slight displacement of inner padding on one of the sides hence, the appearance the bulge. Please see photos. Material: not listed; feels a very soft velvet-like material.
