Hi Laura! I really do love your closet and I'm happy to share things I would wear myself, or buy for my daughter, which is even higher praise :) ! You have great style for bags also and I just may ask you about a couple of them sometime. I hurt my back and neck so I use fanny packs and maybe some shoulder thing would allow me to be hands free and keep essentials without hurting anything. You made my day!! I hate making low offers but it's hard to decide when to treat yourself when you're saving the money for big purpose. What’s your size? You like that in jeans you mean or workout wear? Important question because if you like things other people likely won’t have as they’re from the same time period as the blue pair - well I have a LOT of items I haven’t listed yet! OMgosh the cutest pair of shorty shorts (yoga, gym, etc) I do have - very low rise. But what size jeans? I have a pair of petite FAM Dojo’s I believe

Ok I changed the listing for now (have to reword it) and added the green ones at the end. LMK if u want measurements on those; they’re similar but slightly larger in the waist. They both are nice thicker fabric but still stretch really well😊🌺

@permigal I wear between 6 and 8 jeans. I'm 5'1 and weigh about 115, sometimes less. I was a runner--but had surgery so power walking now. lol. Now when I feel 'fat' it's in the waist area. I hardly wear jeans (though I look great in them) because they have to be so broken in to feel comfortable. I really like soft materials. I love cotton but have come to realize some blends "Modal for example and some Rayon) are soft also. Some workout clothes I find scratchy. I avoid those.

@23rd_n_vine I’m sorry about your knee!!!! Was into mountain ultras (skyracing) for a couple years recently but quit everything after family crises over last year. Prior to that I competed in figure and physique for years and before that ran then bicycle raced! Talk about being knee dependent oh my gosh I’m an emotional wreck with injuries.

@23rd_n_vine do you like boot cut, flare, skinny, moms, boyfriends? I seriously have jeans like that that would be very inexpensive as most people don’t want them that worn/soft. Seems like those petite Dohos would look awesome on you. I have those athleta Bermuda’s that are silky soft and low rise.

@23rd_n_vine But workout pants I’ve a ton of that are low rise from that early 90’s era. PS that’s EXACTLY where I feel fat too! I have a thing about showing my waist bcz I never think it’s small enough! Go “figure” !💯 cotton jeans that have softened and thinned are great because at that point they have a bit of stretch.

@permigal It's hard to buy pants from a distance so I appreciate your help. Last thing I bought that I really liked was a pair of yoga pants, fold down waist , fitted in mid section , flair at the bottom. It was a cotton blend that felt soft almost like flannel but fit sung at the hips and behind. I'd like something like that. Running/training I wore the same old athleta and underarmour capris. I'm looking for that everyday yoga pant now.

@permigal I'm sorry I didn't accept the items sooner. It's been overwhelming. By the time they shipped I had to leave for a brief trip we'd scheduled to visit fam. While were there we lost a family member, terribly and suddenly. I haven't even seen but I gave a 5 star rating. I'm sure they are nice.

@23rd_n_vine she was completely fine; bubbly, happy, and they found something suspicious and biopsies it. For my husband and I to sit down with she and the oncologist and hear the words “ you have 3-6 months at most” told to a seemingly perfectly healthy woman was the most painfully bizarre insensible incomprehensible thing I’ve ever experienced. To watch her face and feel her emotions when she heard those words.

@23rd_n_vine it just didn’t feel like reality. And for two weeks she was fine Ana then bam it hit. And then to watch The pain and her slip away from being able to communicate with us even though we knew she still had things to say. That was incredibly frustrating. And of course even though we were there every day and in the end my husband was going to spend the night he was told my medical staff it wasn’t quite time so go home get rest and come back.

@23rd_n_vine The call came at 5am. “Get here quick she’s changed”.He flew down the highway and got stuck behind a pile up accident that stopped traffic. By the time he got there she was gone. That was one of the hardest parts for him

@23rd_n_vine And while you’re going through all this emotional hurricane you’re still having to deal with all of the paperwork and plan the funeral and it was just completely consuming I can’t explain it but I know you know what I mean. So no I was not thinking about you accepting the package I was thinking about what you were going through with not only one but two people in hospice

@permigal I don't know what to say except that much of what you disclose here is a shockingly similar story, I don't have to even say it. Sort of puts things in a little perspective. Nobody is alone in their experience of the human condition--but when it's our turn to face whatever befalls us--to me it's kind of like being stuck in a slow-motion movie--where the rest of the world operates in realtime and I'm outside of it all.

My son died of brain cancer a few months ago. I penned my values a long time before he passed, but I find that trying to make people happy, a day a little brighter, being true means even more than it always has. I'll get your things wrapped up and to the post office before the end of the day. Thanks again! You made my day--honest!!

My heart goes out to you I am so sorry to hear about your son. Tears come to my eyes feeling your grief. I lost my 17-year-old grandson four years ago from suicide. He was the happiest and kindest person and none of us ever found out the reason. By sharing it, you remind me that all we can do really is reach out and just tell the truth about our lives, what it means to be human. Sharing is so vital--it connects and keeps us grounded. I sometimes pull back from people, feeling they'll never understand. I feel so gutted, how irreconcilable the loss of your kid will always be....

No worries about not shipping yesterday. Thank you for the get well wishes. I really have enjoyed chatting with you. I am stabilized once again. I was born with a genetic heart defect that wasn’t detected until I was an adult. I suffer from atrial fibrillation and have had a lot of procedures done but I never know when it will flare up again. I had to go into the hospital to get it under control. I am feeling good now and believe me I am grateful for every minute.

I wanted to respond to this sooner but it's been a hectic pace of late. I don't know how I'd deal with a genetic heart defect. That is such a thing to have hanging over you--all the time and seemingly for life! I've had students who suffered from this, and when they were out, we were beyond concerned but scared and worried. I appreciate that you are grateful for every minute of this life. It makes sense, and it says volumes about you--all admirable. Some folks are bitter. You're amazing!!!

@beachy107 I'm not kidding, though. They are treasures! I chuckled when you said, "Hi my fish loving friend!" Because I never knew I liked fish in particular--but people would say, you must be a collector! I didn't realize how I gravitate toward them!! Never realized how many I'd acquired. I finally had to just admit it--I have a thing for fish, and I didn't realize it. I like to say I didn't find them, they found me, lol! But seriously, that set is out of this world.

What wonderful words. I love the last one. Someone just gave this 5 ⭐️ history a 3 ⭐️ rating because the item ran smaller than she expected. That’s going to take a year to get back my 5 star rating. Someone gave me a 4 star rating because she didn’t know if I was trustworthy and the item she bought was shipped to her. I wrote to Posh about it after months, and they gave me back my 5 ⭐️s. Could I copy your words, or would you rather keep them to yourself? Either way, no worries.

I’ve got to back off PoshMark for a bit. After cost of supplies, discount shipping and 20% to PoshMark, almost nothing is left. KOOSTERS take 4 hours each and sell for $10!!! I spend a minimum of 70 hours a week crocheting and it has turned into a JOB! This week will be one year since I opened my closet and I have not come close to covering my expenses. It’s for me to figure things out. I could not have worked any harder to make it work. I need to figure out how to move forward.

@zoezititwins I hear you and I totally relate to what you're saying. I couldn't invest anything but time & clothes I already owned, & this I slowly rolled into other things over 4 yrs time. My son was dying of brain cancer so posh allowed me to work intermittently. I'm still close to the vest but not at a loss. Just looking at your closet, it's clear you've worked your butt off. @dorothy_wirth Hello! Nice to talk with you. I'm not great at tech or even instructions--but I'll do my best. In terms of bundling You go to the share button and press it. You'll see options on who to share with. All your followers is the one we generally choose. But to create a bundle you share that item with a specific person. There's a list of people you've bundled with before. If you don't see that person's name (usually not) You key their name in--and then when you hit the button to share..

@dorothy_wirth you'll be sharing with that person only. Now go right to the "My Bundles" tab at the top. When you see that person you shared an item with--you've started a bundle. Look at bundles "to sell". Now if you see something else they liked you can make an offer on both items. If they didn't "like" the item you want to share--just go back to the item. Hit the share key. Look for that person--who should be in your shares list now. Add as many things as you'd like to bundle.
