An ESI certified buyer must select a seller's closet as a candidate closet to buy from. Then, a seller must transact with us 3-4 times (based on the size of the orders) without any major issues. Candidate names for those that make it through the rough cut, are then presented to a selection committee...

ESI's President/CEO, Dave Wayne established an extremely strict policy for ESI certified buyers to follow regarding that very issue. We're to be very careful about going over weight on orders, or, in the event of a seller going overweight, we are to cover payment for upgraded shipping stickers immediately. We have different means for doing that...

Yes, I think he looked better, but thankfully they had him heavily medicated for pain.

I never would've been so casual about the general news of Mr. Wayne's hospitalization but it's going to be announced that Sharon, as VP of Operations, will be assuming Mr. Wayne's role of running the company, until further notice. ESI, tries to be as transparent as possible. It shows how Mr. Wayne established a clear plan to keep the company stable and have business run as seamlessly as possible in his absence.

All that's required to be selected as a candidate is to be chosen by a buyer (like me) because your closet fills a need that isn't being fully met by our collective.

We use these closets as part of a digital voucher system in which we pass out vouchers to partner agencies/organizations to give to them to people in-need to use. However, we've shored up weaknesses in the system that would've allowed for abuse. Now all customers will be forced to use a voucher or pay full price. It's actually common practice at ESI for a buyer to provide a 5-star rating while a package is still in-processing (so that sellers get their money right away). I also rely on in-processing Tech notes to prep my review. While most ESI employees are salaried/hourly, we do rely on volunteers to fill entry level positions...

earn_support_kc @sheilaelegance Continued: That leads to odd/varied scheduling which, in turn, leads to us getting behind on reviews (weekends especially). However, we usually catch up within 24hrs. As for the website, we've actually had it up multiple times but it was hacked and we've had to repair equipment & beef-up online security. Still, we receive threats from a bigoted anonymous source, to shut us down. We believe that it's a bitter seller that we banned from being a Preferred Seller for ethical reasons.
