*Hi! My name is Van, it’s so nice to meet you! I became a Posh Seller in 06. 2023. I am a true free spirit, boho, gypsy soul. I know, it sounds so cheesy & cliché but in my case it's definitely true. I am in love with the ocean & I think music creates the soundtrack to our lives. I have Bachelor's Degrees in Psychology and Creative Writing from Duquesne University. I fell in love with writing the moment I opened my 1st journal in grade school. I’m empathetic & intrigued by people and their stories. And I was enrolled & ready to go to F.I.D.M. San Francisco, but life had other plans. I am where I am, and my love of all things fashion just continues to grow. (YAY!) *I believe that what we wear, presenting ourselves to the world, is an extension of who we are inside. I love to play with my style & like most of us on here, I LOVE shopping! Which is how I found myself on Poshmark. I consider myself a "forever student". I'm super curious and always ready to learn! I want to have fun with clothes, accessories and styling... And hopefully make some money & maybe a few friends in the process. *Plus, as a warrior fighting a debilitating "invisible illness", Crohn's Disease, Poshmark feels like an actual dream...filling me with immense Gratitude and a sense of purpose. "Positivity, Love & Light" is my motto. And I can't wait to meet you all, Van ☀️

mk_rose_bud Hi Van 👋 thank you so much for visiting my closet and especially for liking the Bebe backpack in my closet. I am away right now helping my Mom and will return home on Tuesday the 2nd. So many people have liked it and it’s just to big for me to use with my neck n back issues. It is a limited one and I don’t believe is sold anymore. I bought it at a retail store and don’t have much wiggle room but I will work with you if you’d like to get it when I return home. Please just let me know.

toomuchmusic I also have a degree in psychology (masters) and have taken creative writing classes. I retired, but when working I wrote consumer health materials on mental health, youth violence, and substance abuse. We’ve got some common themes running through our lives!

toomuchmusic @van_soleil I’m sorry you’re feeling so bad. I presume you’ve struggled with Crohn’s Disease for a long time. I only know about it second-hand but have witnessed how it can take over a person’s life. I’m so sorry that is the hand that was dealt to you. I’m praying for you, that the light in your life outshines the darkness. Hugs!
