Unfortunately I up to my 13th head commotion since my last vaccine,i just started rehab after an 8 month wait,my balance system is too affected to go up or down stairs,so I cannot post newbies right now,but it would be great to know what you would wish to see! A great big thank you for your patience i will soon be back🤗👍🫶

boua67 @dublincalling That’s so sweet of you, thank you 🫶 It will be a long hill, but one step at a time, i lost 35 pounds of muscle mass but no more cellulitis 🤓. My neuropsychologist thinks I could have developed a fear of going up and down stairs, so we are starting to work on that. It is important i set goals

boua67 One of those goals is to post 4 items a day…so what would you like me to start with? Your input would be greatly appreciated! Thank you for your kindness and i wish you a great day….5 appointments a week is overwhelming, but this afternoon I see my physiotherapist and it’s the last for this week, imagine i am learning to walk normally again, but it’s a great day, we had our first snow storm ❄️☃️❄️
