@kenzielane82 Hi, I know this is unusual, but I need to ask you a question: I just mailed out a $400 bundle to the woman that you sold the Barbie Vault to. I just went to her closet to message her that I’d just mailed out her bundle, & I saw what’s she’s doing to you. Can you please tell me what you did about it? I’m assuming you’ve contacted Posh Support, can you tell me the gist of what they said to do? Thank you SO much in advance, for your reply. And, I am SO sorry that this happened to you!

@lizaday hi well, I think she is just new to posh, and just isnt really in the know of "posh-etiquette" just yet. I ended up getting in contact with posh support and had them try to contact her (I dont think that worked) so I finally went to her page and tapped the make a bundle button and was able to get her to see my

@lizaday messages that way. she has since excepted her package and I was paid for the vault. from what I gather, she is very new to posh, she is on vacation right now, as well as she has recently moved.... so all that coupled together was a disaster waiting to happen. lol! if you are trying to contact her try the make a bundle on her page and write her a message there privately.

@lizaday also... it isnt unusual at all that you messaged... I too read her messages on her "meet you posher" before I shipped out the vault. and contacted someone else that she had purchased from. they assured me she was a real customer, so I went ahead and shipped. it was in hindsight way more stress than it was worth, especially when I had multiple people wanting to purchase the vault at the time she purchased. it has all worked out in the end though. and everyone needs to learn I guess.

I’m just super worried because I literally just shipped her EIGHT of my favorite items from my closet, but I didn’t know she’d changed her address, & then I saw all of your messages, and was REALLY worried. @lizaday no problem love! yes, she is a real customer. she is also a good customer. I am hoping that with the move and vacation that this was not the norm. (please dont hold mentor that lol!) she was very apologetic and remedied the issue as soon as she saw my messages. poshmark can be a bit tricky to navigate in the beginning, especially if you are not a seller.

CAUTION POSHERS: this girl is running a scam! Buys your item, tries to make up a bunch of stuff about buying it by mistake and then says she wants to cancel. Then she doesn’t. Then when she doesn’t cancel, she tells you it’s your fault and you can’t run a business. PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS OF THIS POSHER. She’s been a nightmare for our family business.

@seekristenshop I messaged you directly when i accidentally purchased your item. i was honest and polite about what happened. you took it upon your self to FLATOUT IGNORE me and ship the item any way. I let you know I couldnt figure out how to cancel so I I contracted posh support.

@seekristenshop unfortunately posh support doesn't respond right away. it takes them at least 24hrs. the fact that you would try to call me a "scammer" is despicable.
especially over such a small amount of money.
I'm glad this played out in public comments, because everyone can decide for themselves who was wrong and who was right. I want to personally thank Poshmark support for helping me cancel this accidental purchase.

@seekristenshop Poshmark found in my favor, because it was the right this to do. I know I wouldnt ship an order my customer is telling me was an accidental purchase while scrolling in bed half awake. especially when I told you I couldnt figure out how to cancel so I contacted posh support. have a nice life
