What materiel is this necklace made of and is it waterproof?

@dxrc it's costume jewellery so no it is not waterproof. It's base metal plated with an anti tarnish coating, & crystals. This type of costume jewellery should never be worn in shower/swimming or be sprayed with perfume. Excessive sweat/moisture should be cleaned with a dry cloth.
