michael_dieboll Hello, I purchased a pair of vans shoes back in November as a Christmas gift. We just discovered they are the wrong size. They were described as size 8.5, but it did not say they were 8.5 women’s. I needed 8.5 men’s. These are size 7 men’s. That was not in the description. Very disappointed.

maarrmar @michael_dieboll I also took a double look at the post and the last picture on the listing has a sticker inside the shoe that shows (7 Men’s) and (8.5 Woman’s). The post does not state anywhere that they are men’s and they are listed under the woman’s category of shoes as well. If you take a look under my page for the items sold.

maarrmar @michael_dieboll The vans are listed as woman’s 8.5. I am not sure if your Poshmark is set up to a “view all” setting, but it must have showed you options for women’s shoes as well. I do apologize for the confusion but I hope this clears your misunderstanding that you had purchased women’s shoes, and the error is unfortunately not on my behalf. Thank you for reaching out!
