Helmut Lang Twist DD Dress

BNWT. Helmut Lang sleeveless shift dress with twist/knot detailing and zippered back. Leather zipper pull. Tag has come off but the dress has never been worn. I thought I could pull off a size larger with a belt but it’s a bit big on me.
