Hem & Thread Tulle Skirt Dress

Sweet dress purchased at a local boutique shop for my daughter, worn once to a grade 8 graduation function. In perfect condition. Skirt is lined and has two layers of tulle. Would look cute with combat boots or sneakers! Measurements (approximate): • Waist 30 in. • Top of shoulder to bottom hem 35 in. • Upper portion of dress 25 in. • Skirt portion of dress 20 in.
