This is called a Swing Jacket. It can be worn as either a Blouse or Jacket. It is a roomy fit. This beautiful cream hemp top is from my own closet from the days before children when I had a disposable income. The top features pleat in the back and shell buttons. The garment is in excellent condition because its hemp (See picture of armpit showing no wear). However it is showing a couple of spots where the fabric is wearing, possibly from a flaw in the original fabric because neither spot is a high wear location on the top. I also have this in blue.
