Ivy, is it reversible, shows both black and the blue. I've never seen this bracelet before _ kinda a hermes bracelet junkie which is why I am always broke lol

it fits a tiny wrist? I see it now, the blue is brighter than the first photo? What is the charm on it? Oh if it was only bracelets I craved, don't even know something exists, sees it and start wanting it! We near neightbours, I am in Kelowna
