cowbrand @kbellas609 they will have all the history of the sale .......if you purchased it and it was advertised as authentic ....of course they will refund you whatever you paid . All you have to do is sen the photos of the scarf ....they will do the rest . If you need my help in any way ..let me know as I authenticate Hermes silks

They are just superior now ....until someone else sets up a new online selling site ..with better communication and less charges . Sorry that you were scammed . I have reported many fake Hermes scarves and they completely ignore my complaints to remove them or to make the buyer aware . Merry Christmas ,

cowbrand @kbellas609 FYI .I have sent a complaint to PM about there lack of action into investigation of the authenticity of listed Hermes scarves . I received a condescending reply ...basically telling me that they are very careful not to sell conterfeit items and have a full team of people who check every post ! I was so annoyed ....I am following up ....will keep this up until they start taking action . I am thinking of removing my scarves ....I am so fed up with low ball offers .
