Hermès Astrologie Nouvelle Tattoo Scarf Printed on iconic Hermès horse head jacquard, this design is a striking navy and white with a playful but elegant orange contrast hem. Released in 2013, artist Cyrille Diatkine reimagined Françoise Faconnet’s classic 1963 Astrologie design, giving it a bold contemporary twist. “Alternating motifs reinvent the past, scrambling its cadences, syncopating and re-ordering the narrative, leaving each viewer free to read the image as they please. Play with time, the picture seems to say: dare to change, dream, move on.” I love it, but don’t reach for it enough to justify keeping it out of the wardrobe of someone who will wear it. Excellent pre-owned condition, worn a handful of times. Its’s been well cared for, and is from a smoke-fee home. The scarf has never been washed or dry-cleaned. 90cm carré. Care tag is attached. The design is unsigned. Photos taken in indirect natural light. The only visible flaw is a sloppy corner — please see photos.
