kdvertes @flowerpurple67 Hi, there is lots of stretch. To be honest, I'm between a small and medium (usually closer to a medium) and it fits great with room to go either way.

kdvertes @flowerpurple67 yes, you have to cut it carefully though. Herve Leger puts it there so people can't buy them, wear them, and return them as easily. Once that tag is removed, it can't be returned to the store.
