northern_gal8 Hey Jess, I noticed that the tracking comments say that Canada Post is refusing the shipment and sending it back to you. Do you know why it says that?

hyperbunny @northern_gal8 I'm honestly very confused as well. I need to speak with the courier, I thought maybe you refused it somehow but I now see it's a mistake. The courier drop off seemed rather distracted so I think they made a mistake

hyperbunny @northern_gal8 I think it's fixed now, I called the courier and explained and they rescanned, it's still showing the caution mark but the latest entry is it was scanned and accepted, we'll see when Canada Post makes the pick up today
