jenipoo I made a bundle but it did not seem to discount any so I was waiting to see if you do discount bundles ? There's a way that you can preset it to automatically do so :) xx

jen08742 I thought you got the buyers address and you were exchanging orders with her. I sent two emails to customer support and they have all instructed me to tell you to contact customer support. Has she not given you her info? @hendersona

prettylilshell Hey there @hendersona, can you text me your addy...I don't see where you sent it. I did send my address last week- re-sent in a text just now too. I can mail today (poshmark cs is taking forever so I'll proceed with just shipping without there label, oh well).

prettylilshell Jen is there any way to credit us the shipping at least? I've been talking to Customer service via emails for days and getting nowhere hence hendersona and I simply taking care of exchanging on our own.

jen08742 I would be happy to refund your shipping costs. I don't know how to credit it on here. I think the credits might only be for purchases, but I'm not sure. If you know how to credit it through Poshmark, let me know. I've been going back and forth with customer service as well and they were totally useless. I'm surprised they don't do a better job. @hendersona @prettylilshell

prettylilshell We both have now received our packages. Buyers have to work directly with poshmark to get a credit for shipping. Actually we shouldn't have gone outside of customer service and exchanged Information...this is what they told me vi email communications and we should have waited until they send the appropriate labels however they said that us. buyers just need to provide the tracking numbers for what we did to ship each other the info. Thanks all and happy poshing.

hendersona Did that girl get her shoes I have text her and she has not text me back and I just think that's very ignorant they sent my glove down the street from my house but at least the person was honest to my house
