nicole1709 @ohanas i emailed poshmark. I got a response about 3 hours ago. You have to contact them and file the complaint. I emailed them on my end. They now said you both have to contact them 😩

nicole1709 @ohanas I’m assuming with Christmas it took awhile for them to contact back? I have NO idea. This has never happened with me as i said my husband messed this up!!! I wish there was a much easier way!

ohanas @nicole1709 Yes, I emailed Poshmark support, they will get back to me in 24 hours. I want them to cover the ship pining to ellereuger so she at least gets her shoes before the 6th for her party, the leggings were gifts to my daughter but obviously did not make it for Christmas, hopefully, ellereuger can mail it to me. I reached out to her to do so and clear this up.

ellerueger @nicole1709 still waiting on poshmark. I heard three different things from 3 different people and finally just printed my own label so I could ship @ohanas back her stuff. Right after I sent it out was when they decided they would send us labels to send the products to each other. I received my shoes, and @ohanas should have received the leggings this past Monday. Now I'm waiting to see if poshmark will refund the shipping I paid to send them to her.
