nanfin @tarheelcindy no, you don’t understand. The CCO benefit does NOT work on OFFERS. You continue sending Offers & I continue declining. You lowered the listing, but not nearly as low as your OFFERs. You don’t understand the benefit is for the sellers to sell & buyer to get the discounted shipping fee. Why would I pay more for an Offer (at full shipping fee)!?!?
