tammy1conway the purple jacket that was ordered off of my account was done accidentally by my daughter. when I woke in the morning and tried to cancel, the 3hr window had passed and wld not let me. this jacket HAD NOT Shipped , u reached out to you to pls pls pls cancel. but you did not. and you shipped it. a jacket that will not fit and was a mistake . why!?!? tammy
