whitbakes Hi Janae, I placed an order with you [60fde1bc8e7c64559a70c776] and I finally got around to wearing them only to see that the cord at the back of the heel was broken and restricted which makes me very unhappy. I can send a picture and although it is past 72 hours I want to return them. You stated them as new and they are clearly used.
