maxbradley @tlcsr52 hi! Thanks for the note. The 3XL is Asian sizing. It fits like a US XL. 24” from armpit to armpit when flat. The flat measurements are in the photos. Hope that is helpful. Please let me know if you have other questions. Best, Max
