It was much more beautiful then the home of the great Lakes Michigan that is..and I liked it better than Daytona too. But nighty night and yes I am sure it will be smaller tomorrow lol

katzkoz So.....Clearwater was my 2nd home! The west coast of Fl is BEAUTIFUL! You should go again!!!💗Friendly people and lots to do! St. Petersburg is not far away as well as Siesta Key. All white, sandy beaches and blue-green water! If you go, I'll be your tour guide. There are local restaurants that tourists don't know about, just locals!💗💗

There are many homeless people here in Michigan as well. Sometimes I feel as if my home is a homeless shelter, because I have too big of a heart lol. Hope your weekend is going good😃😘

katzkoz Hey girl.....hope your T Day went well! I talked to a friend of mine in Clearwater and he said that COUNTRYSIDE & SAFETY HARBOR were the nicer parts of Clearwater too. That's where apt was. Looking up for a 3 bdrm, starts @ $850 - $1450. Much higher than when I lvd there. There R very good schools RIGHT there. It us an exp. area. In the surrounding areas, theyre just as good too. What are your ranges in $$ for apts, RTO, & houses? LMK!💗

I just want to make sure that it would be something that wasn't to hard for me to get into! I don't have the best credit and my record is not one of a saint.

katzkoz @mindysuephelps Hey, no problem! I'm good at this....remember....I help the homeless! I find ways to cut corners, find loop holes in the gov't that they don't want to tell you. If U don't have dental or medical ins., I can find a way to do that too! I JUST KNOW HOW! I'll be on the lookout for a RTO(rent to own) house 1st. This may not be the best time of year but at least I can get a feel for the area! Also, I had my real estate licence (didn't renew it) so, I also...know what I'm talking about!
