tinap888 Hello Jill, I purchased Tom Ford sunglasses from You, and gave them to my friend as a gift. when she put them on i was totally embarrassed because they were missing the plastic piece by the nose. Which I’m assuming you knew and did not disclose in the product information. You’re post only stated in great condition. I would’ve never purchased these knowing this. I would like to mail these back and would like a full refund.

jjcwak @tinap888 Hi there. The nosepiece is completely replaceable and was reflected in the price listed. I’m happy to send you one or give you a small refund to cover it. The pictures all show the piece missing so while it was not in the written description, it’s visible in all the photos posted and not at all undisclosed.

tinap888 Hello Jill, I would like a full refund, thank u. I’ve been selling on Poshmark for 2 yrs & I always describe in my description if there is any defects. When my friend told me about the missing piece. I looked at ur ad again so nothing in the description & then saw the pictures, I can promise u I would’ve NEVER bought the sunglasses if I new the piece was missing. This is being deceptive to the buyer, oh I didn’t put in description but u should’ve seen it in the pictures.

tinap888 That’s like me selling a dress with a rip in it & saying dress is in great condition & in the picture there is a rip & I don’t disclose it in the description & oops the buyer should’ve noticed that in the pic. That’s a No No. just saying..

jjcwak @tinap888 It really is a simple fix and I am not hiding anything since the pictures clearly depict it missing. I’m not able to do a refund via Poshmark dunces it’s way passed the window. You’ll have to file a report if you’d like a refund because I don’t know how else to do it.

tinap888 Hello Jill, too much time has gone by, for Poshmark to get involved. I would just like to send the sunglasses back. I got another gift for my friend, I can’t do anything with the sunglasses bcuz they aren’t my style. And I went to eyeglass store, it will cost $35 to fix them. I don’t want the piece u have bcuz doesn’t guarantee it will fit or stay on. Honestly you just stood of placed the damage details in the description, then there wouldn’t be this entire mess.
