cacker08 Hi, Kristina, I saw your offer to help people in a list of Poshmark reviews. I am trying to be a new buyer but am getting no real help from support. I started a registration months ago but didn't complete it. Recently I saw two kid's items I wanted to buy, so I completed the registration and submitted it with a code for a $10 discount. The checkout page on both items subtracts the discount but states that I'm not eligible because the account was associated with an existing account.

cacker08 continued:It won't let me place an order or go back to remove the discount and it says contact support. I did contact support on Sunday, heard back Monday about 5:00pm. Devon at support requested screen shots, which I couldn't provide until tonight because I can't do screenshots on my phone or at work. I did provide a detailed description of the problem and got back a form-type response that clearly showed she hadn't read my response.

waterwoman @cacker08 hi Christine ,,,from what I’ve read it sounds as though Poshmark’s support has been reasonable in their responses but it takes time for them to review cases unfortunately ,, maybe a day or two,, if the sellers are willing to hold for you that’s really nice keep them updated and I can’t see why you won’t end up with a purchase how you intended:: cont ⬇️⬇️

cacker08 Hi Kristina, I heard from support at about 7pm tonight. They said a block had been triggered but they had removed it. As soon as I saw the message, I tried to order one of the items I'd been wanting, but the block came back. I took a screenshot and and told them within 15 minutes that the block was back. It's been about an hour but I haven't heard anything else.

Do you think I need to cancel the account and try to open a new one or will that make it worse? You and the two sellers have been lovely but we've now reached the week end, which I guess means support will not do anything until Monday at least
