catwalk2reality @ctchristine44 Hi I'm sorry that I had to open a case but they have ink stains on the heel along with a little hole and the worst was they came with a wad of tape stuck to the toe of the shoe which left a large sticky mark and messed up the suede . I truly loved them but I won't wear them with the toe of the shoe looking like that . I am sorry but they certainly aren't of any use to me in that condition. Maybe you didn't notice the ink spots ?

ctchristine44 @catwalk2reality I wouldn't have sent them with tape stuck to the bottoms - the photo I took does not have either stains or tape in them....truly a mystery -it's $20 for a hardly used pair of Cole Haan cute shoes - hence the bottoms were photo editing and shows hardly any wear or tear -feel free to return- I can very easily remove the tape and see what stains you are talking about .

It didn’t say anything about being damaged until the day of delivery after it said that it was out for delivery. Posh is good about handling these issues it’s clearly the post offices issue. I have a screenshot of the tracking
