dcnativegirl No mistake here that you're moniker is KARMAKAT! So, if You'll just indulge me a few..my son and I are doing a bit of Grocery shopping as we do together at the most in opportune part of the day- he's just gotten out of camp/school and I've finished my day in the office. (End of the work day is another whole idea!). I'm half looking at PM because its totally immersing to me and 1/2 shopping. I get a message. Very nice- wants to know if I'm still interested in an adorable pair of shoes I just can't afford. They are beautiful to me. The next time I look down at my phone in the checkout, I have bought them all kit and kaboodle. It's my fault and I won't start complaining that I mispushed the buttons. I get home feeling altogether an idiot and I see that KarmaKat has practically shared my entire closet!! You just made my day! Thank you! I know something sweet will turn up from this and if not, it was terribly kind of you to jump into my life at that moment. Thank you! Your daughter, I know, is the gleam in your eye and you are spreading your joy. Thanks much!!

I am happy to have been able to shed a little happiness to your day. Yes, my daughter is EVERYTHING to me & although times have been quite rough for us lately, I know we will always have each other & that's what literally keeps me going full steam ahead. On another note, I hope that once you explain your error in purchasing the shoes, the seller will then cancel the transaction for you. I saw them a bunch also - best times of my life!! I miss Jerry sooo much. Do you still go to any shows? The Peach Music Festival is in my neck of the woods & I attend every year. Bobby played last year & was supposed to play this year but those dates were amongst ones he had to cancel. HUGE Bummer! 😩 There's another cool venue near me that holds a yearly "Still Grateful Fest" w/ local artists covering the Dead - 3 days of camping, music & fun! Well, thanks again for introducing yourself. Way cool, man! Are you going to sell items on Posh? If so, I'm keeping my eyes peeled b/c I'm quite sure I'd be a fan! 😄 Take care! Age is but a number & I plan on keeping it that way. I started following them on the East Coast in the '80s when Bobby was in his "preppy stage." lol. He was a looker!! I'm sad to hear that you're not feeling well & don't get out much. 😔That just stinks! It would've been pretty cool to meet up @ a show. There's a lot of great upcoming East Coast shows on/around New Years. Hey, I'm just glad that we "met" - I'm a fan of YOURS! You are the first deadhead I've met on here. I mean there are young kids on here who have never seen the Dead (although that doesn't make them any less of a head, I guess) but it's a HUGE difference to meet a fellow head from the touring days, ya know? karmakat Oh my goodness, @debbie46 - no need to apologize about the delay in replying. I totally get it. I wasn't on at all yesterday because of my health issues. So I get it. I have good days & bad days too. It really stinks to not feel well. I miss my carefree younger days too - that is the ONLY thing that stinks about aging - health issues! Now today when I got a chance to sign on, I had a gazillion notifications. lol. So there's another deadhead on here? I'd love to "meet" her too! I just saw that you purchased that Hendrix bag & was sooo happy that it is going to you, a TRUE music lover of all the greats! I really wish that Posh would install a way that members could message privately instead of on the listings. It would be beneficial for so many reasons. karmakat Absolutely! I thank Nadia for choosing me to be her mother. I can't tell her enough how blessed I am that she's in my life. It's difficult at times because I know that I can be kinda overbearing with my affection towards her but I just want her to know how much I love and adore her. She's at the age now where she can understand the obstacles and heartbreak of my childhood and she knows that not only is she my daughter, but also my best friend. I'm also glad that Thor is the same for you, @ridinghood13. 😊😘

I still go to jam with Bobby & Phil but it's not the same. 😢 We have Peach Fest locally in August of every year so I make sure to never miss it. I go & camp by myself - idc - as long as I'm there, I feel like I'm home. @cjpodolsky You should def check it out online. karmakat The past few years have been difficult & my friends have been a HUGE support for me & my daughter. Approx. 3 years ago my daughter was diagnosed with a brain disorder, shortly after I lost my job of 13 years as an editor b/c I had to take time off to bring her to Dr appts. Not long after, my mother passed away. Soon after, my stepfather passed away. Dealt with so much loss during those times so I try my best to remain positive that soon things will change for us. 🙏 @luvbucs28 ✌❤😄
