aslovich @tx_hip_closet Hi doll! GREAT question. This is something I wondered about too! It’s all about sharing. (I wanted a simpler answer..but alas..sharing😄). So. When you share your closet, that reorganizes your listings (or keeps them the same if you share in order all the time). If you like how your closet is, then start at the bottom and share your AVAILABLE listings in order till you get to the top. Skip your sold items and they’ll end up at the bottom.

aslovich @tx_hip_closet Adding dividers etc.. create your dividers by clicking “sell” and creating a listing with the pics you wanna use as dividers (you can design your own dividers with any pic editing app or just screenshot your desired pic and add text like “dresses”. Or “sold past here” or etc. once you’ve got your divider “pics” saved to your photos, you can add them to your closet and again, adjust their placement by sharing them in the right order.. (in front of your dresses for example)..

If you need a better explanation or have more questions or are still wondering about a certain detail that I may have rattled off without explaining it well...just ask! Keep asking questions! It’s a great way to learn! (And share share share!)

Sharing does really lead to sales though...and I think they’ve kept it the way it is to encourage (ok, force) us to share as much as possible. Think of it like... if you agreed to reorganize your real life closet using certain methods if after doing so, you’d get rewarded with cash... 🤷🏼‍♀️ 😄

aslovich @tx_hip_closet there is a desktop interface. there are actually some things you can do much more easily or efficiently on a computer vs on the app... I don’t have a (working) computer at this particular time so I’m on the app pretty much exclusively...when I sneak onto my BF’s laptop though, it’s great to see how the computer interface looks, works, etc even if just to know what my closet looks like to all the people who ship from their computers!

aslovich @natalies_place Hi! Sharing your items is the most important thing you can do. Try and share everything at least 1-3 times/day but the more the better! That and gaining followers:-) following other people is a great way to gain followers. You can also follow other people’s followers, follow people who are new, who like your brands etc.

aslovich @debcares101 Hi! You’re so sweet! I remember being new to posh and being totally lost☺️. It takes a little while to get the hang of it! Some basics to work on: share everything in your closet at least 1-3 daily but ideally even more often. Share other posher’s items each day too. Follow lots of people and they will often follow you back. Listing or relisting items regularly helps a lot too. If you have specific questions let me know!

One of my closet was a host pick for a party and I didn’t even know what that meant, so I google everything! debcares101 @aslovich Here’s a question for ya…. It’s odd to me that people will “like” an item, but not make an offer. I kind of feel like “why are people waiting for me to lower the price when I might be agreeable to 10 or 20% off right now?” Do you know what I mean? Do you think people just use the Like as a shopping placeholder and it doesn’t really mean much?

aslovich @debcares101 I do know what you mean. Often it is the case that people are using their likes as a placeholder or a wishlist sort of. However, many people are liking the item and hoping you'll send an offer. If you'd like more people to make offers, you can put in a note in your closet or listings that offers are welcome. Making offers to likers is big though, so keep that in mind when you price your items.
