Hi-Low Handkerchief Hem on Party Dress

Black/White party dress - hem is hi-low (longer on the back than on the front) and has an exaggerated handkerchief hem line, making it very dramatic - over skirt is very lightweight sheer fabric ( side is 21" from bottom of bodice, back is as long as 40" from bottom of bodice) - underskirt is mini and is black stretch jersey (20" from bottom of bodice) - side zipper - bodice has white satin stripes and lots of sparkly black beads - bra cups are sewn in - straps have sparkly beads - gently worn - pit to pit across the front is 17"
