High Low Strapless Dress

EUC - only worn once and washed once (one small knick in the skirt can be seen and pictured, is unnoticeable when wearing, only found when steaming the skirt) - top fits nice and snug and has builtin padding, super comfortable - the top has a muted tone to it, the pattern has always looked this way -**does not have any sizing tags but fits both a small (model pictured) and medium woman (quite stretchy), please ask if youre unsure about measurements feel free to ask any questions!
