High halter/mockneck ribbed dress Made in Canada

Light grey Antistar dress hits close to knee length. High neckline is very flattering. Slightly ribbed fabric stretches for a slim fit. Love this dress but my frame is just a little small for the distance between neckline and armpit (roughly 8"). Only worn a couple of times. Was not stored hanging up so the neck isn't stretched out, excellent condition. Fits XS/S
