High low Off Shoulder Black Party Dress Prom Dress Formal

Such a fun dress! The high low skirt with crinoline holds a flirty silhouette while the off shoulder neckline is very flattering and unique. This dress was worn once and I did end up ripping two small spots on the sleeves you can’t see but want you to know! I think I just had too much fun in it :) one of my favourite dresses when you want to stand out I just don’t fit in it anymore. It’s been dry cleaned and wear is excellent besides those.
