High waist, split front slim leg pant SZ Small BNWT

Super trendy right now for spring and summer 2022. BNWT size small, stone colored/light khaki, split front slim leg pant from MissguidedUS. I purchased these recently and they’re labeled as a size 0 but I’m very petite and they are large on me. I would say they’re more realistically a size 1 or 2. Note, they are also long, so in the model photo, she must be pretty tall but I can take measurements if you like. I would have returned these but I paid an extra $20 for duties/handling fees and won’t get that back.
