High waisted heart shorts

I bought these high waisted shorts off of shein. They arrived this week, brand new never worn before. They have this wrap around part so you will have a cute little bow on the front of your pants. Pictures are of a model not me :) Returning them is more of a hassle than just re-selling them online as I am moving soon.
