High waisted shirts

Lucca couture shorts. Beautiful fabric is like woven layers but they are super soft to the touch and not overly thick but not thin. They have a bit of structure to them. Side pockets and zipper. High waist. Measurements in pictures look like it goes past the edge but does not. Waist (across) and rise measurements in pics. Color is black and white (slightly off white, not pure bright white)
