High waisted skirt NWT

Very cute high waisted skirt that fluffs out. Goes well with a crop top. Has a netish ? type of material and a black silky lining in the inside so it’s not see-through. Does not fit otherwise would have kept it. Very stylish. Size medium. I’m 5’5” and it sits right at my knees, slightly below.
