High waisted wide leg jeans with cropped length

I’ve had these for a little while but they don’t fit me as they used to. The label was cut off when I got them, but I’ve done some sleuthing and figured out that they are Forever 21 jeans. 81% cotton, 13% rayon, 6% polyester. The fabric is very soft and comfortable, and the pockets are really deep! There is some wear at the hem, and a little around the back pocket seams. Nothing is super noticeable though, it still has lots of life left for sure! I guessed a little with the numbered size so please confirm your measurements below. Measurements: waist: 30” hip 44” inseam: 23.5” front rise: 13” back rise: 16”
