I think it's a pul type of material. I don't know for sure but it's thick/strong, not like a cheapo plastic material if that helps. I paid $155 plus tax and there's no label so who knows :( Feel free to make me an offer!

Mmm...there is another company that copied these and made them out of their own fabric, but if you saw the tag on a pair that has the Funtasma label then I guess the ads were wrong, funtasma had them listed as 'genuine patent leather.' There's no tag in my boots though and I got them at a store reps Funtasma. So frustrating!
