Highlighter yellow/green mini dress

This bright, fun mini dress features a waffled texture, small shoulder pads to give a pointed structure to the sleeve, and darts around the bust for a very flattering fit. Originally bought at TOPSHOP hq in London. Size small bit probably fits more like an XS.
