High-low flowy embroidered black dress

High-low black dress with flowy skirt and embroidered mesh top. No care tag but the bottom skirt is a crinkly rayon and the top is a synthetic mesh material. Side zipper and in-seam side pockets. Size 10, fits like a medium I'd say. Small rip at the seam on the upper back (see picture). It originally came with a black slip to wear underneath as the top is transparent, but any tank top would work fine.
