High-low ruffled dress, with cream lace top

Worn once for pictures, brand new condition. Purchased from Bootlegger, size medium. Top is cream lace with adjustable straps. Bottom is high-low ruffled, on a black background with a floral pattern of burgundy’s and shades of pink.
