High-rise skinny jeans

Old Navy Rockstar super skinny high rise jeans in almost perfect condition! Only sign of wear is the elastic stretching in the crotch but cannot be seen when worn; see picture. They stop right at my ankles and I’m 5’4”. Would love to keep these but they just don’t fit me anymore. Dimensions laid flat: Waist 11.5in 9in Feel free to make me an offer!
