High-rise wide-leg white pants

High-rise wide-leg white pants with black stripes down legs. Snap-button ankles. Elasticated drawstring waist. Worn once, washed once. Waist 12 inches, unstretched. Approx 11 inch rise. *Noticed when I was taking pictures there are 2 small pink dots near the snaps, on each leg. See pics!
