Hilary Radley Coat

The color of this coat does not come through - it is a shimmery royal blue in person. There is a ruffled collar and has drawstrings on the bottom and inside. There is a zipper and snaps up the front for closure. In excellent used condition. The length is 26" and the pit-to-pit is 21".
