Hip hugger zipper skirt

Garage hip hugger zipper skirt size XS but fits like a small, see measurements. Worn only a couple of times-- I found I loved the style but did not love the colour! Non-smoking but cat-friendly household. (May be slightly wrinkly from storage.) I am doing a big closet cleaning so please send me your offers!
