Hogan Rebel stonewashed white gabardine raw-edge hi-tops, EU40.5, new

Hogan makes some pretty dope sneakers; these raw-edge, subtly distressed hi-tops are one such pair, and this particular model was unavailable in Canada (and now sold out altogether). They feature removeable memory foam insoles, which measure 10 5/8", and thick and improbably soft fabric uppers made of double layered stonewashed gabardine, all sewn together with frayed raw edges. Altogether, a very cool summer look, suitable for cosplaying a scruffy angelic character out of a Wim Wenders film, one who wears many layers of white clothing. You could probably pull off an equally cool look wearing them with baggy grey sweatpants, though. Or a white linen suit. These were men's sizing, although it's a unisex style. Marked size 40.5, they would fit a men's size 7.5 or possibly 8 if you think 10.6" is a long enough footbed. Or they'll easily fit up to a women's size 10. The size marked on the box, 6.5, is in UK sizing - they were listed as EU40.5 when I bought them, although I can't find it anywhere on the shoes or box. They're still in the original box, with dustbag, and I've only tried them on, never actually worn this pair - they are comfortable and feel great on my size 9.5 feet.
