Hokiday dress wear size 16 NEW with tags

Holiday over coat - or coverup for the holidays. This will suit any outfit perfectly. It’s navy blue with shimmering details. The back side has sheer material in a few place along the tail. I tried to capture it but it was difficult. Tags are attached and it’s never been worn. This would go with dress pants or a skirt or a dress. Although some of the pictures show that it’s quite a dark color, it is not. It is blue like the last two photos.
